Zapatero attends pre-G20 summit meeting in Berlin A series of seven proposals were discussed ahead of the summit in London Spanish Prime Minister, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, was in Berlin yesterday for a meeting to plan the G20 summit which is to be held in London in April.
